* How do I order?
To place an order at the Fringe Shop simply select the category of item
you want, choose from the selection and in the case of clothing choose
the relevant size. It will be automatically added to your
basket and shown on the summary page. To add further items you can
return to the 'browse' page before checking out. When checking out you
sign in using your email address if you have not done so already and
tell us where to deliver it. You can then enter your credit/debit card
details. All your card information is protected by the edfringe.com
security guarantee. Once we receive your order we'll email you
confirming this and you can expect your delivery within 28 days.
* Can I place an order an arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Shopping bought on edfringe.com can now be sent to an address other than
the registered address. This is particulary useful for sending gifts to
others, or arranging deliveries for friends and relatives. Deliveries
can be made to anywhere in the world.
* Do you accept Gift Certificates?
While you can purchase gift certificates online they are only valid for
use in the Fringe Shop and cannot be used online.
* How much will shipping be?
Shipping for UK orders orders is a flat £2 regardless of the number of items you purchase (whether you order 1 item or 10, the fee is still only £2) This £2 charge mainly covers our cost associated with handling. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. European orders have a shipping cost of £2.75 and for all other countries the shipping cost is £4.50
* What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong country zone for my shipping charge?
Don't worry, we will be able to amend the billing total to reflect the appropriate shipping charge for the country you need the item(s) shipped to.
* How long will shipping take?
Please allow 28 days for delivery of all items and any for any further

* How do I return items for exchange or refund?
If you'd like to exchange an item, or request a refund, please send the item, in its original packaging, to us at:
