Following a sold-out run in NYC, this interactive experience unfolds as audience members are guided through their roles with both aural and visual cues via provided media players. Video flashbacks and narrative voiceovers fill in your backstory while maps of locations and your dialogue are displayed on screen. Part theatrical experience, part live video game, part walking tour, 'Suspicious Package' immerses its audience within the gritty chiaroscuro world of film noir, where not everything is black and white. Reservations recommended. 'A distinctly 21st-century form of participatory theatre. "A singular experience You'll be smiling"(New York Times).

Good concept, but completely missed a trick. Needed more actor involvement than entirely relying on the audience to bumble their way through an incongruous script. We're in historic Edinburgh yet at times was supposed to believe we were in America at some baseball match. Could/should have been adapted.

I had a brilliant time. It was good fun to listen to the stories as I walked around. Although having to act out some of the scenes in a packed shop was a bit embarrasing. The quality of acting and film on the MP3's wasn't brilliant but I got the idea. I would definitely recommended this show.
