Pre-order the Fringe Programme
Alongside a comfy pair of walking shoes, the official Fringe Programme is going to be your most valuable possession during the festival. At the end of August, your copy – dog-eared and tatty – will be testament to the many hours you spent meticulously planning your days and a treasured souvenir of your time in Edinburgh. Want to be one of the first to get your mitts on this year’s bumper programme (we’re talking nearly 500 pages and more than 3,000 shows)?
You can pre-order one online or become a Friend of the Fringe to get a free copy delivered direct to your door!
Sign up as a Friend of the Fringe
We welcome everyone at the Fringe, but our Friends receive a bundle of extra perks. We’re talking 2for1 tickets from a selection of 1,000s of shows, a special box office just for you, 10% off all merch in the edfringe shop, plus exclusive events during the Fringe (not to mention the warm fuzzy glow from supporting the work of the Fringe Society - a registered charity). Impressive right? Sign up as a Friend of the Fringe for 2018.
We get it, 3,000-plus shows is a LOT. But when you create an account on edfringe.com you can start planning your August adventure, by flagging any shows that take your fancy by adding it to your favourites.
All your bookmarked shows will appear in your account whenever you sign in so you won’t lose track of any of the gems you spotted when browsing through the listings. Once you’ve built your shortlist you can dive in and start booking tickets to make sure you don’t miss out!
