The show registration deadline for inclusion in the printed programme has now passed. If you have already registered your show, you can continue to make changes until Monday 14 April, 2014.

Show Registration

Edfringeware, the new show registration system, is now open for 2014. We hope you like the new look and feel of the registration system. Please note that as this is a new system you will need to create a new user account as previous log-ins are no longer valid.

Once you have created an account you will be able to register shows for 2014.You will also be able to log in to your edfringeware account to update your personal details at any time. Please use the link below to navigate to edfringeware. There is also a step-by-step guide to the registration process in our Fringe Guide to Registering a Show which you can use while completing the form or before your start to help you gather all the information you’ll need.

The show registration deadline for inclusion in the printed programme has now passed. If you have already registered your show, you can continue to make changes until Monday 14 April, 2014. After this point, our registration system will be closed until 19 May 2014 when it will re-open for new registrations. Shows registered after this point will be listed online and in the Fringe App, and you will have access to all of the Fringe Society services listed below.

Open edfringeware to edit your show

When you have registered your show, more details about the proofing and sign-off procedure will be sent to you or you can contact us at programme@edfringe.com with any questions. You can also refer to our Fringe Quick Guide to Proofing and Signing Off a Show. Please note we will not be able to process shows registered between 23 May and 04 June in time for them to be included on edfringe.com on the programme launch day of 05 June.

Registration will briefly close from 09 April as the printed programme is being finalised, but you will still be able to access edfringeware during this time to view your information. After registration has reopened in May, it will remain open until the end of the 2014 Fringe on 25 August.

Show Registration Fees

We are delighted to announce that for the 7th year running registration fees have been frozen and so remain the same as last year. Your registration fee gives you access to all the Fringe Society services to help you make the most of the festival.

The post-printed-programme fees for 2014 are:

Discount Deadline (register before 19 March 2014)

  • Full run - (6 or more performances)  - £295.20 (£246.00 excl VAT)  
  • Limited run (3 to 5 performances) - £204.00 (£170.00 excl VAT)  
  • Limited run (1 or 2 performances) - £96.00 (£80.00 excl VAT)

From 20 March 2014)

  • Full run - (6 or more performances)  - £393.60 (£328.00 excl VAT)  
  • Limited run (3 to 5 performances) - £204.00 (£170.00 excl VAT)  
  • Limited run (1 or 2 performances) - £96.00 (£80.00 excl VAT)

After the printed programme is launched you can register your show for inclusion on edfringe.com and in the App. The full run fee will be £295.20 for the rest of the summer, and the limited run fees remain the same.

While we encourage you to read through the Fringe Guide to Registering a Show as it contains a lot of useful information, we have also produced a Fringe Quick Guide to Proofing and Signing Off a Show which you can use as a guide to get you started.

During the registration process, we may amend your show copy to bring it into line with our style guide as necessary. For further information about our style guide, please refer to the Fringe Programme Production Style Guide.

Your registration fee gives you access to all of the services offered by the Fringe Society, which include:

  • access to facilities and professional development events at Fringe Central, our participants’ centre, in August
  • bespoke advice about how to manage your media and marketing campaign from our Media Office
  • individual advice from our Participant Development service to identify what you hope to get out of the Fringe and help you make the right contacts, whether you are interested in touring your show or more personal career development
  • year round support on all aspects of your Fringe visit including choosing your venue, legal and licensing issues and information for international companies
  • your show listing and image online at www.edfringe.com and in the Fringe app for iPhone and Android
