The school, launched in 2009 as Edinburgh New Town Cookery School and recently rebranded, is set in an elegant Georgian townhouse, over five floors, located on 7 Queen Street in the heart of Edinburgh. The school offers courses and experiences for professionals and amateur foodies across Scottish and world cuisines as well as corporate team building and venue.
