Comedian Stephen Campbell teams up with yoga teachers to present his one-man show about getting in touch with your emotions after packing them all away post-trauma. We'll take you through breath work exercises, a whole bunch of laughter, yoga and meditation; all with the goal of making you get in touch with your emotions as well!
