Alexander Burnett, Ellie Whittaker and Olivia Zerphy
In this explosive physical comedy, two swimmers go head-to-head in the race of a lifetime – on a stage with no water. Backed by original musical underscoring, the performers conjure top-level athletes, commentators, and coaches as they navigate the choppy waters of ambition. Featuring visual storytelling and larger-than-life characters, The Crawl dives into a world of absurd competition, exploring the perpetual struggle to get ahead. The Crawl is an original comedy created by Lecoq-trained performers and directed by Olivia Zerphy (Voloz Collective, The Man Who Thought He Knew Too Much).
