1970. A stranger washes up in Uig with no memory of who he is but his mind holds echoes of the lighthouse keepers who vanished without a trace in 1900. As the Flannan Isles Lighthouse faces closure, the isolated islanders must decide whether to fight for their home or abandon it altogether. But with the past bleeding into the present, one question haunts them all: who is the stranger and why has he come?
