Sophia Jane Wilkof / Free Festival
Liggy Sauce (noun): /'l?g.i s?s/ Definition: The unavoidable stain that appears on one's clothing during a meal, regardless of precautions taken. No one gets through life stain-free; sometimes, you just have to embrace mess. In this fast-paced, vulnerable solo show, saucy stand-up Sophia Jane Wilkof takes the audience on a journey through the messes (literal and metaphorical) that have shaped her life. Through a mix of stand-up, storytelling and physical comedy, Sophia dives deep into the chaos, asking: Is life just a series of smears, smudges, schmutz and stains? Or is the real mistake trying to stay spotless?
