Fife Opera
Fife Opera cordially invites you to Mozart’s the Marriage of Figaro, presenting the well-known music and beloved characters in about 90 minutes with no interval. This delightful comedy is updated to the first half of the 20th century. Our cast of Scottish-based soloists and chorus will be accompanied by a chamber ensemble of piano and strings. Scenes will be costumed, semi-staged and the story joined together with narration. Sung in English with English surtitles. Musical Director Derek Clark, Production Director Rosemary Nairne.
