Salih Bademci – Lus Production / YSM Yapim
When someone enters a new space, what do they notice first? Objects? Walls? People in the room? Whether driven by instinct or social wiring, we instantly assess our position: Is this safe? Familiar? Do I belong? The order of perception varies, some see people first, others notice architecture or objects that reveal social clues. For some, sound is everything. They tune into the soundscape: Loud or quiet, constant or fleeting, rhythmic or erratic. Sounds made intentionally or unconsciously by people, animals, tools, machines, walls. These sounds shape how we experience space, sometimes even before we see it.
