Join a spectacularly entertaining cookery workshop where executive chef, Rujira Herd will reveal the blending techniques she uses for her top-flight clients. Learn how to make delicious dishes and the most effective way to create a traditional curry from 24 ingredients, a chilli fish sauce accompanying dish and how to make curry paste. Meal and recipes included. Please advise the cookery school of special diets at least three days in advance.
