Inspiring one-hour musical journey from Shetland to Land’s End. Live concert performance by UK-charting bassoon soloist, Laurence Perkins, in surround-sound, wonderful music (classical and traditional folk) and natural soundscapes. Places visited include Loch Ness, Hadrian’s Wall, a Cheshire wizard, Ireland, Snowdon in a Welsh winter, Robin Hood in Sherwood Forest, a Sussex woodland and a Cornish mermaid. Spoken legends specially recorded by world-famous actors including Dame Judi Dench, Sir Derek Jacobi and Sandra Voe.
