Athanasia Kontou
A one-woman show that is hard to put into boxes. Athanasia Kontou, an award-winning composer, singer/songwriter and rising star in stand-up comedy, combines her diverse skills to tell the personal story of a life-changing heart surgery, with authenticity, wit and of course, humour. Things will get very personal as Athanasia will play music to accompany recordings of her diary entries, sing songs about being in pain and tell jokes about suffering from anxiety. Eventually this is a show about embracing the vulnerability all humans share and finding strength in it.
