Tshock Cultura Emocional with Jeroni Obrador Rosselló (Balearic Isles, Spain)
An interactive performance workshop exploring how basic emotions begin in the body before becoming conscious feelings. Created and led by leading Spanish theatre director and emotional training researcher Jeroni Obrador, this session introduces the Intelsoul Method, which he developed through live explanation, embodied exercises and audience participation. Blending neuroscience, acting technique and physical presence, the workshop offers practical tools for performers, educators and curious audiences to understand fear, anger, sadness, joy, disgust and surprise, through breath, posture, voice and movement, in an artistic encounter with the intelligence of the body.
