Alastair Savage and Ailie Robertson
An exciting collaboration to begin Alastair's eclectic Fringe programme. He is joined by five-time National Mod Gold Medalist and multi award-winning composer/harpist, Ailie Robertson for their first-ever duo Fringe appearance. With both musicians steeped in traditional and classical disciplines, this promises to be a tour de force with some of Scotland's finest melodies performed on fiddle and clarsach. 'Alastair Savage is a master of the instrument' (Threeweeks). 'Flair, precision and consummate skill' (Folkwords). 'A player of Ailie's class has the ability to tear your heart out' (Maverick).
