Bang returns to the Fringe as a one-woman play about the tragic life of Joan Vollmer, the common law wife of famed Beat writer William S Burroughs. After her murder, Joan appears to the audience to recount her life with the wildly unpredictable and ultimately dangerous literary giants of post-WWII America: Burroughs, Jack Kerouac and Allen Ginsberg. Can she find redemption in her exploration of a life spent in loyalty to these violent men?
