Laugh For Life Comedy’s Behind The Laughter is the journey of a mental wellbeing comedy teaching course. Come and see how this course has helped these individuals with their own issues as they bring to you their own original stand-up comedy performances. Showing how comedy has helped them increase their confidence, their mental wellbeing and feel part of a community. Laugh For Life Comedy will show you how mental wellbeing and stand-up comedy work in harmony using social prescribing at its best.
