Nell Nelson
This immersive eating and cooking experience takes place in a 200-year old historic Edinburgh home. A maximum of six guests enjoy a welcome drink and homemade cheese oatcakes. Then they roll up their sleeves to make traditional Scottish soup – Cullen Skink and delicious all-butter Scottish shortbread. Guests then relax in the sitting room to enjoy their own homemade smoked haddock soup, haggis – meat or veggie (bought!) served with creamy mashed potatoes and turnip. Then finish with tea/coffee and a goody bag of warm shortbread.
