Simon Cowell has been usurped by old mucker Sinitta, who now holds the power and rules the roost, after stealing the magical Sceptre from him. It has turned her into a tyrannical despot, who has relegated a disgruntled Simon to the position of lowly subservient. Peeved at his fall from grace and being placed on the same level as his peers, Simon plans to seize back the Sceptre and restore his elevated status. He pursues his aim with dogged intent and gusto, hoping to exact his revenge on Sinitta and bring her down. Chaos and mayhem ensue.
