Cadenza

Cadenza is one of Edinburgh's finest amateur choirs and their annual Fringe concert is always an audience favourite. This year, they perform Rachmaninoff's All-Night Vigil (popularly known as the Vespers), one of the most iconic and moving works in the choral repertoire, alongside Brahms’ beautiful Alto Rhapsody – rarely heard in concert – and Boulanger's Vieille Prière Bouddhique. Conducted by Timothy Coleman, with international opera soloist Iain Milne (tenor), and accompanied by Morley Whitehead (piano), this is a performance not to be missed.
