Jane Westhead
In 1825, Darwin arrived to study medicine. In 1831, he set sail on HMS Beagle, a journey that changed history. Retrace his steps to explore the locations and characters that influenced Darwin’s own evolution here in Edinburgh. Led by experienced guide Angus Miller, geologist and walk leader of Geowalks, and Jane Westhead, creator of the show Who Cares? The Ultimate One-Woman Show in ‘10 of the most unusual shows to see at the Fringe’ (Herald). A unique, engaging blend of walking tour and immersive theatre to experience this influential time in Darwin’s early life.
