Sabi Arts Limited (Nigeria)
Jaja has done everything right. First class degree, ICAN certified, determined. Yet all he has earned is seven years of waiting and unanswered CVs. From exploitative interviews to absurd job offers, his journey exposes the broken and corrupt system facing many young people. One company wants him as a bouncer, another wants free labour. Through sharp humour and raw honesty, Dear Applicant explores the frustration, desperation and quiet resilience of a generation promised everything but handed nothing. Still, Jaja keeps pushing. Because if no one sees you, are you even there?
