Ellie Summerling
Tomato Soup is a reimagining of my caregiving experience with my great aunt. Starting with the awkwardness of living with someone new and taking the audience on a journey of care. A comedy based in a narrative style of joke writing that focuses on the wins, losses, joys and frustrations of the caregiver and exploring the quirks of living with an elderly relative who, until that point, had been a background character in my life.
