Sedat Benek
This documentary is about Göbeklitepe, which is on the agenda of the world. How did it come about? Did the local people contribute to the discovery of Göbeklitepe? Did it affect local people in changing their lives and beliefs? Are the local people not aware of what is going on in Göbeklitepe? This documentary aims to answer such questions, through the life of Mahmut Yildiz, known as Sofi. A 65-year-old owner of Göbeklitepe land, Sofi has been a worker and a guard in Göbeklitepe since the first excavations.
