Sam Macgregor
A routine NHS111 health assessment goes horribly wrong over the phone resulting in the death of a patient. Gary, a Health Adviser for NHS111 is now facing the heat as his job and livelihood are brought into disrepute. The Call Handler is a comedy/drama set in a NHS111 call centre, based on the true events faced by the writer and was shortlisted for the Charlie Hartill Theatre Fund.
