Sam Joseph
Blending British wit with Japanese sensibility, Sam Joseph's stand-up show explores life between cultures. After six years living in Japan and 20 years raising bilingual children with his Japanese wife across Tokyo, Honolulu and the UK, he unpacks the joys and absurdities of international family life. Expect sharp observations on language mishaps, cultural misunderstandings and the strange things that happen when British understatement meets Japanese politeness. Following his previous fringe show Comedy Booby Trap, performed at Leicester, Brighton and Tunbridge Wells Fringes.
