Carnation Productions
In Conversation with Bobby Bluebell traces his path from Govan and studies in Glasgow to founding a post-punk fanzine and forming The Bluebells, inspired by Altered Images and Postcard Records. The band rose quickly, appearing on The Old Grey Whistle Test and working with Elvis Costello. Bobby later DJed across Glasgow, scouted for Pete Tong and wrote with Texas. His career spans collaborations with Sinéad O’Connor and Brian Wilson. The Bluebells have recently released acclaimed new albums, and have been interviewed by broadcaster, writer and comedian Terry Christian.
