Producer: Wangjiayu Chu (Stephanie) Performer: Peiyi Zhong
A one-woman physical theatre performance about bipolar disorder, trauma, and the long, non-linear search for healing. We enter Ella’s world as she moves through cycles of intensity, creativity, doubt and emotional collapse. Moments from the past surface without warning, interrupting the present and blurring her sense of time. Through movement, the piece makes visible what is often hidden, the swing of mood, the weight of silence and how trauma settles in the body. At its heart, the work asks whether confronting painful truths can lead to healing, exploring the fragile space between survival and recovery.
