The Duncomblé Ensemblé
Seven men are trapped in toilet cubicles within purgatory. Will this punishment prepare their souls for the afterlife? Struggling with their unresolved sins, they anonymously share their frustrations and desires experiencing conflict, reflection and confession. Each man is challenged by the contrasting personalities that are also trapped. On top of the absurdity, this new comedy concentrates on deep themes of male health and existential reflection, challenging the view of male tropes in the modern age. Kings on Thrones is an absurd comedy about self-realisation, transformation and the messy journey towards redemption.
