Over 250,000 young girls signed to the ATS: many working out of Larkhill in Wiltshire. This new piece explores their stories using verbatim testimony and contemporaneous musical numbers. Talking Shadows has a passion for presenting forgotten, true stories which have been described as being 'Not a dry history lesson but a living memory' (1966: ***** CounterCultureUK.com); 'Intense, emotional, excellent' (OTMA: **** TheRealChrisparkle.com); 'Wonderful' (1612: **** The Mumble).
