Zone 10
I came from a faraway land, muddy boots and heavy coats. My brain is swollen with milk of cow, juice from lotus flower, wine and bread, drizzling onto the foreign land. Organised by the Zone 10 collective, which encompasses artists from ten different countries, six members of the collective will present a group exhibition focusing on the idea of iconography. The exhibition considers iconography’s use across various cultures and its reinterpretation through migration and globalisation. History salvaged, the state of the present reconciled, reinterpreting what may already be lost. Make me bouquet.
