Of The Land is a contemporary jewellery exhibition presented by ætla during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Bringing together jewellers whose work is shaped by place, the exhibition explores how landscape informs making through texture, colour and material. Rather than depicting scenery directly, the work reflects quieter influences: surface, palette, weight and material choices shaped by lived and remembered environments. Visitors are invited to experience jewellery as a response to land, movement and memory, and to consider how place continues to inform contemporary craft practice.
