PARKAS at Independent Talent
Raj Poojara grew up in a Ugandan-Indian household where career advice was less follow your dreams and more don't embarrass the family. In Dice, he explores what happens when life feels pre-rolled. From identity confusion and hyper-competitive cousins to navigating respectable career paths and cultural expectation, Raj examines the pressure to land on the "right" number. But when the plan starts to feel less like security and more like restriction, something has to give. Sharp, personal and packed with punchlines, Dice is a funny, relatable look at family, ambition and the cost of playing it safe.
