Gordon Keane
The story of one middle-aged man's desperate attempt to outrun obesity, self-doubt and a lifetime of poor decisions... armed with only trainers and an unhealthy obsession with Strava. Gordon takes the audience through the highs, lows and humiliations of trying to transform from couch potato to ultra-runner while battling food addiction, midlife, marathon disasters and a complete lack of dignity. Expect brutally honest storytelling, sharp observations and plenty of self-deprecation. Whether you're a seasoned runner or think Parkrun sounds like hell, this is a show about chasing impossible goals while trying not to die!
