Poppy Radcliffe
'Am I ill, or am I well? Because I surely can’t be both.' So asks Poppy as her blistering poetry combined with frank stories from the wards questions everything we think we know about inpatient mental health care. Described as the 21st-century Sylvia Plath (NeurodiverseReview.co.uk), Poppy returns combining poetry, filmmaking and dramatic lecture to bring you into the confusion and pain of the sectioned. To expose what happens when the services get it wrong. With increasing deaths in hospitals each year, something has to change. Does Poppy have the answer?
