Cosmic Dance
Cosmic Dance presents Space In Between, a compelling South Asian dance triple bill by Oxana Banshikova, Kirsten Newell and Abirami Eswar, exploring tensions between intention and outcome, self and society. Rooted in Bharatanatyam and Kathak and expanded through contemporary movement, three interconnected works unfold. Time Matters reflects on regret and imagined alternate futures, Duality delves into inner conflict and identity, and Unspoken Alignment examines personal and collective misalignment. Together, these pieces reveal unseen forces shaping our choices, relationships and sense of self, offering a powerful, emotionally layered performance experience.
