Alma / Juliette Lemoine / Chris Amer
Experience an evening of exceptional new Scottish music in the cosy atmosphere of The Corner Room. Juliette Lemoine and Chris Amer explore folk with originality and depth – Juliette’s groundbreaking cello, heard on her acclaimed album Soaring, meets Chris’s distinctive 5-string tenor guitar. Together, they push traditional music forward. Alma, 2025 Danny Kyle Award winners, unite singer-songwriters Anna Cassidy, Marina Rolink and Ellyn Oliver in lush harmony and thoughtful songwriting. Inspired by Joni Mitchell and The Staves, their music is warm, honest and heartfelt.
