Matt Forde will be talking to Douglas Alexander, Secretary of State for Scotland. Alexander has held the position since 2025, having previously held the position from 2006 to 2007. A member of the Labour Party, he has been MP for Lothian East since 2024, and was previously MP for Paisley and Renfrewshire South from 1997 to 2015. He's served in the cabinets of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, and held the position of International Development Secretary from 2007 to 2010.
