The Living Memory Association
Step into the past at our unique 'hands-on' Museum! Ever held a washboard, smelled a bar of Carbolic soap or flipped through a collection of Ladybird books? Objects from days gone by come to life, sparking stories, smiles, shared memories. Whether you have five minutes or an hour, you’re welcome to wander in, pick up an object and let the memories flow. Our collection is filled with familiar sights and scents: National Dried Milk tins, Old Spice aftershave and kitchen gadgets. Wherever you're from, there's something to take you back. Tram stops right outside.
