University of St Andrews Gilbert and Sullivan Society
Disorder in the court! The University of St Andrews Gilbert and Sullivan Society is thrilled to return to the Edinburgh Fringe with Trial by Jury – a brilliant one-act operetta bursting with satire and catchy tunes! When roguish Edwin is sued for breach of promise by heartbroken Angelina, a comically chaotic courtroom battle ensues. With a pompous judge, a sentimental jury and lively music, this fast-paced romp is a hilarious take on love and the legal system.
