Between 11:00 and 18:00 on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 August 2025, dozens of performers will take to the stage, performing a mix of music, spoken word, dance and theatre. Located beside the Mercat Cross by St Giles’ Cathedral, the Community Stage is in the heart of the Fringe Street Events, so every performer gets to experience being part of the action.

- The Grassmarket Community Project
- Intercultural Youth Scotland
- Millenium Stage School
- Multi-Cultural Family Base
- Sikh Sanjog
- Totally Sound
- The Ukrainian Folklore group
plus a variety of schools from Edinburgh and the surrounding area.
The Fringe Society has also helped Multi-Cultural Family Base partner with a Fringe artist to co-create a show with a group of their young people. The show will receive its premiere on the Community Stage on 22 August.
