Key dates for your diary in the lead-up to Fringe 2026

Following consultation with partners in the Fringe community, we’re ready to confirm some of the key dates in the lead up to next year’s festival.

These are:

  • Registration opens: Monday 12 January
  • First shows revealed: Wednesday 11 February
  • Second batch of shows revealed: Wednesday 01 April
  • Third batch of shows revealed: Wednesday 06 May
  • Full programme launch: Thursday 04 June

The Fringe will take place from 07 – 31 August 2026.
