Looking for a place to eat between shows? Somewhere to lay your head after a long day’s Fringing? Or something interesting to do while you’re out and around town (aside from seeing Fringe shows, of course!)?
This year we’re launching a new local business directory to help Fringe-goers find Edinburgh businesses to meet their every need:
- There are several great cafes to choose from, including
- South Bridge legends Piemaker, who have a new click-and-collect service to help avoid the queues
- Costa Coffee, who can be found throughout the city centre (visit their store locator to find your nearest Costa).
- We have suggestions for lots of great bars and restaurants, including Innis & Gunn on the Mound.
- Unmissable visitor attractions including the Scotch Whisky Experience, where visitors can enjoy £5 off Silver and Gold Tours throughout the month of August using the code EDFRINGE (book via scotchwhiskyexperience.co.uk/tours).
- Plus hotels, accommodation and lots of other cool stuff!
Swing by the Fringe Shop at 180 High Street to pick up a free map to help navigate the Fringe and find some of our featured local businesses.
Proceeds from businesses who have chosen to advertise in the directory will help support the delivery of the iconic Fringe Street Events, which attract thousands of visitors to the city centre each year.
By supporting the festival, local businesses have a hand in ensuring the festival ecosystem continues to be mutually beneficial.
