Offers for Fringe Friends 2025

We've teamed up with businesses and restaurants to provide great-value offers for our Fringe Friends, in August and year-round.

Our offers card for Good, Close and Best Friends, and our Fringe Patrons, gives access to a range of discounts on local shops, bars and restaurants, as well as UK-wide businesses.

Certain discounts will require you to show your offers card when redeeming an offer. Please take care of your card as only one card will be provided per Friend membership and will not be replaced if lost.

Local offer cards will be available to collect from the Fringe Box Office (Old Assembly Close, High Street, Edinburgh EH1 1QS) from 03 June onwards.

Concord Theatricals

Friends receive 15% off any purchase of plays or theatre books from Concord Theatricals (formerly Samuel French). Friends can use the code FOF15 at checkout as many times as they like for 15% off all products on the site except digital perusals, with no expiry date.

Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh

Fringe Friends are eligible to receive a 10% discount on the first year of a Botanics membership when signing up via Direct Debit. Membership includes free entry to the Botanics in Edinburgh, Benmore, Dawyck and Logan, plus two-for-one entry to Kew, discounts in the Botanics cafes and shop and exclusive member events in some of the world’s most beautiful gardens.

Scottish Storytelling Centre

Friends are entitled to £10 tickets to two of the Scottish Storytelling Centre’s year-round series:

• Moonspinners, a female-led session with a performance in the Theatre and then an opportunity to mingle, converse and respond to the stories in our Storytelling Court.
• Hearth Fire Sessions, a bi-monthly event hosted by well-known storyteller Dougie Mackay and featuring a variety of artforms across the series (eg dance, theatre, magic, craft, comedy).

Edinburgh Street Food

15% off food and drink at Edinburgh Street Food on Sundays–Wednesdays throughout the whole of August 2025. Friends can simply scan the QR code on each table to order and add whatever they'd like to eat and drink – from 11 award-winning street food vendors, three bars and an exciting rotation of guest traders – to their basket. At checkout they enter the code FRIEND2025 into the promotional code box. 15% will be automatically deducted from their total bill. 

The Lost Close

Tucked away beneath the Royal Mile is The Lost Close – a hidden underground venue that’s opening its doors on Friday and Saturday nights this August as an atmospheric, underground speakeasy. It’s the perfect place to escape the crowds.

The Lost Close is supporting the Fringe Society with Fringe Whisky Tasting Fundraisers every Tuesday during the Fringe. Featuring bold, rare drams and storytelling from a whisky expert, it’s a brilliant way to toast the Fringe’s spirit of discovery and support the charity at the heart of it all.

Mountain Warehouse

Mountain Warehouse are offering a 20% discount to Fringe Friends that runs for a four-week period from 01 to 29 August and can be used in store and online. The discount is applicable only to items labelled 'Sold and shipped by Mountain Warehouse', excluding products from third-party sellers. Piemaker
