Edinburgh Gin return as official Gin of the Fringe for 2026

The local distillery continues its long-running support of the Fringe in 2026.

We’re delighted to announce that our friends at Edinburgh Gin are continuing their long-running support of the Fringe in 2026.

This year, that will include a sales promotion to support the charitable work of the Fringe Society, donating a portion of the proceeds from sales of their Rhubarb & Ginger liqueur in supermarkets across the UK.

Edinburgh Gin first joined forces with us in the wake of the pandemic, selling limited-edition bottles of their signature Phoebe Waller-Bridge gin and donating proceeds to help support the Fringe ecosystem. This was followed by a second signature bottle in 2023, this time from Phoebe’s fellow Fringe Ambassador Suzy Eddie Izzard. More recently, they hosted their own Fringe show and Fringe Friend receptions at their newly opened Edinburgh Gin Distillery, located in the Waverley Arches.

Tony Lankester, Chief Executive of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society, said: 'The Fringe wouldn’t be the Fringe without Edinburgh as its home, and we’re always thrilled to work with homegrown success stories like Edinburgh Gin. We’re grateful for their continued support, which helps the festival thrive and keeps it open and accessible to all.'

Galina Grozdanova, Senior Brand Manager at Edinburgh Gin, said: 'The iconic Fringe is a special time when Edinburgh truly comes alive. The arts on show give people from all over a unique way to experience the city. As a brand with deep roots here, and our distillery at its heart, we’re honoured to continue investing in the Fringe and connecting with visitors from across the UK and beyond.'
