Best Thai red curry – the national dish of Thailand. Treat yourself to superior extraordinary, delicious cuisine made with free-range chicken. Join executive chef Rujira Herd for a spectacularly entertaining cookery workshop, as she reveals the blending techniques she uses for her topflight clients. Learn how to make amazing dishes and the most effective way to create a traditional curry from 24 ingredients (including how to make curry paste) as well as an accompanying chilli-fish sauce. Hands-on class and demonstration. Only 2.7 miles from the city centre, 20 minutes on the bus.
