Description

A dark romantic comedy that explores the topics of death and the afterlife. A couple finds themselves stranded on a melancholy beach in Wales. They didn’t walk there, they didn’t drive. It was almost as if they closed their eyes and woke up there. Why a beach? Why Wales? Who are they? What are they? An existential crisis with your partner is as fun as it sounds, especially when you’re heavily pregnant. Beach Babe explores the question that was only asked by the playwright and a few pretentious art students: What would happen if you could grieve yourself?
