Description

Last year, John Tothill was visited by a series of terrible plagues. Now, he's desperate to tell you all about it (preferably over many drinks and maybe the tiniest cigarette?). Imagine the Old Testament, with less historical accuracy and even more divine intervention. And it's a stand-up show, not a book. Chortle Awards' Best Newcomer nominee 2024. John's debut show was one of the Best-Reviewed Edinburgh Fringe Shows of 2023 (Comedy.co.uk). As seen on Comedy Central Live. 'Resplendent, ridiculous, didactic, and fabulous' (Tatler). ***** (EdFestMag.com). ****½ (Chortle.co.uk), **** (Guardian). **** (Telegraph). **** (Skinny).
