Description

Shapiro is a new musical based on the early life of UK singer Helen Shapiro. By age 15 she had two No 1 singles, selling 40,000 records a day, and by 16 had five Top Ten hits and toured the UK with The Beatles as support. This premiere has a talented young Scottish cast for the award-winning Kingdom Theatre Company at their tenth Fringe. Six shows only! With original songs and hits like Walking Back To Happiness that will whisk you back to the 1960s within an intimate new Greenside Venue in George Street.
